Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for returns.

In your email, please let us know:

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Once your return has been approved, please ensure the item is securely packaged and returned within 14 days of approval.

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This may include items such as:

• Personal care or hygiene products

• Food items

• furniture (collection only)

• Any products specifically marked as non-returnable

Please note that furniture items are available for local collection only and are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged at the time of collection.

If you experience an issue with a furniture item, please contact us within 48 hours of collection.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 working days after processing.
